How virtual care works

We meet by secure video for every appointment. We review your health history, symptoms, and labs together, and I order functional testing like DUTCH hormone panels or the GI-MAP when it will actually change your plan. Kits ship to your door.

Connecticut is home for me. I was born and raised in Stamford. Women in Fairfield County, Hartford, New Haven, and throughout the state can book virtual visits that fit around real life. I also see women throughout the Tri State area.

Insurance and cost

I'm in network with Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield through Berry Street, which verifies your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises. Many women discover they have access to unlimited nutrition visits with $0 copay.

Prefer not to use insurance? Cash rates are $150 for the initial 90 minute visit and $100 for follow up appointments.

Do I have to live in one of these states?

Yes. I currently work with clients in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Virginia, whether you use insurance or pay out of pocket.
